Meet the MacBrothers Team
Co-Owner/Co-Founder
Drew Machado
As Co-Owner and President, Drew oversees the planning and execution of all projects. With 20+ years in the construction industry and a background that spans both residential and commercial, Drew worked his way from laborer to licensed contractor. He brings knowledge and understanding to every phase of the building process, helping customers accomplish their goals. As a former veteran of the military, his deep-rooted commitment to integrity and quality are the backbone of MacBrothers Construction.
When he’s not working, Drew can be found fishing, hanging out with his wife and kids, watching college football and reading his Bible with a good cup of coffee in hand.
Co-Owner/Co-Founder
Mike Machado
As one third of the MacBrothers team, Mike provides advisory leadership while also overseeing our sister company, MacBrothers Mechanical in North Carolina. A veteran and former police officer, Mike made the decision to further his education in Mechanical & Refrigeration contracting and founded MacBrothers Mechanical soon after.
When not in the office, Mike can be found with a fishing pole in his hand, spending time with his wife and kids or at a little league game.
Project Management
Matt Machado
Rounding out the MacBrothers, Matt oversees all field operations. With an extensive background in sales and project management, Matt coordinates all subcontractors, makes sure all deadlines are met and ensures that each customer receives a quality MacBrothers experience.
When not on a jobsite, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, working on his homestead and watching his kids sports games.
Controller
Lyndsay Machado
As the controller of both MacBrothers Construction and MacBrothers Mechanical, Lyndsay wears many hats, overseeing the HR, accounting and reporting for the both businesses.
When not working, she can be found outside taking in the sun in her garden, tending to her chickens and hanging out with her husband and kids.
